Nursing Technician Description: * Patient reception and service; * Scheduling of pre- and post-medical consultations; * Patient follow-up in clinic; * Support to other departments within the healthcare unit; * General medical record organization and appointment system management; * Patient triage; * Administration of injectables; * Clinical protocols; * Assistance to the medical team; * Assistance in maintaining clinic cleanliness and order. Requirements: * Higher education degree in nursing. * Experience in customer service roles within clinics or hospitals is a plus. * Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) and administrative routine knowledge. * Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude toward patients are essential.
