Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and following up on surgery and procedure authorization forms, ensuring prompt approval from health insurance providers and hospitals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and control of medical authorization forms 2. Communication with medical and administrative teams 3. Support to the billing department and production control Employment Type: Permanent Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM; Break: 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM \- Monday to Friday Salary: R$1\.496,30 + R$306,60 hazard pay \= R$1\.800,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance Immediate hiring needed for a professional to monitor, control, and follow up on surgery and procedure authorization forms, ensuring timely processing with partner health insurance providers and hospitals. · Completed high school education (preferably currently studying or graduated in administration or health-related fields); · Intermediate computer skills (Excel and health insurance systems); · Prior experience handling medical authorizations. Responsibilities · Receive, verify, and register requests and surgery/procedure authorization forms; · Monitor pending authorization forms daily, contacting responsible departments or directly reaching out to health insurance providers to ensure timely follow-up and approval; · Update internal spreadsheets and systems with request statuses; · Maintain communication with medical and administrative teams regarding authorization progress; · Provide support to the billing department and production control as needed.
