We are looking for **senior-level professionals** interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with real opportunities to impact technology projects. This role targets individuals with experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI engineering, working in distributed teams within a global context. * Solid production experience with Machine Learning and LLMs; * Proficiency in Python for developing data and AI solutions; * Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably AWS; * Proven experience building and operating AI/ML solutions in production environments; * Strong experience in programming logic and object-oriented programming; * Experience developing REST and/or gRPC APIs for model consumption; * Experience with microservices architecture and system integration; * Experience building, maintaining, and evolving data and inference pipelines; * Experience with code versioning (Git); * Adherence to best practices in development, testing, and coding standards (Clean Code, SOLID); * Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies; * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while working autonomously; * Experience with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases; * Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integration with LLMs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with GenAI and foundation models (e.g., AWS Bedrock, SageMaker); * Experience with agentic architectures and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar); * Experience with distributed and event-driven systems; * Experience with build, integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools; * Knowledge of MLOps / GenAIOps, including monitoring, logging, and inference reliability; * Experience optimizing model performance (latency, batch processing, asynchronous inference, caching); * Experience with cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience debugging and troubleshooting production applications; * Experience designing scalable and resilient architectures. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits:** * Health Insurance — 100% company-subsidized (for employee and dependents) * Dental Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance — no payroll deduction * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Gympass * Discounted stock purchase program * Pharmacy Discount* * Daycare Assistance* * Language School Partnership* * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave * Profit Sharing Program (PPR)* * + As per current policy We seek candidates aligned with our company values, enthusiastic about working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, and committed to excellence in delivery and innovation in their daily work.
