The professional will be responsible for **leading and guiding the cleaning team, assigning and monitoring daily tasks, supervising service quality, controlling material usage, and ensuring compliance with cleaning procedures**. **In addition to leadership duties, the Cleaning Team Leader will also perform cleaning services in the condominium’s common areas whenever necessary**, supporting the team to ensure organization, maintenance, and hygiene of the premises. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, proactivity, commitment, and flexibility to handle both team coordination and operational cleaning tasks.
