Assist in cooking vegetables, greens, and other foods. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Collect and wash trays and cutlery. Organize the workplace. Keep the pantry organized. Assist in inventory management of food, beverages, and supplies. Create shopping lists. Plate dishes. Assist in plating and presentation of dishes.
