Analyzing incidents with the highest CHI and TMA impacts. Monitoring recurring customers and equipment. Creating service tickets for corrections related to discrepancies identified during incident closure. Controlling unproductive incidents. Ensuring the operation and effectiveness of Automatic Dispatch. Identifying potential mass outages in real time and notifying the LV control room. Analyzing registered LV incidents and ensuring accurate and necessary information for power supply quality management. Analyzing events on the electrical grid, long-duration incidents, and participating in meetings analyzing relevant events occurring on the LV grid. **What we expect from you:** **Required Academic Qualification** 1\. Completed undergraduate degree in Administration or Engineering. Preferred Qualification: 2\.
