




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for customer service and prospecting, commercial proposal preparation, sales funnel tracking, CRM updating, and after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of targets. After-sales support and collaboration with internal teams to meet deadlines ü Handle and prospect customers via phone, e\-mail, and digital channels, offering solutions for medical equipment leasing; ü Prepare and send commercial proposals based on customers' technical and operational requirements; ü Track the sales funnel and follow\-up ongoing negotiations; ü Maintain the CRM system updated with customer information, proposals, and status of each opportunity; ü Support the external team in preparing proposals, assessing equipment availability, and updating customer data; ü Conduct after\-sales activities, monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for re-purchase or contract expansion; ü Collaborate with technical, logistics, and billing departments to ensure proposal feasibility and deadline compliance; ü Achieve monthly targets for proposals sent, conversion rate, revenue, and customer service.
