Job Summary: Provide generalist HR support, with a focus on Occupational Health and Safety and people management. Key Highlights: 1. Generalist HR support 2. Support in managing KPIs and performance evaluations Responsibilities: Provide generalist HR support, focusing on Occupational Health and Safety, including monitoring and tracking occupational medical examinations and legal documentation; supporting Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) KPI management; assisting in performance evaluation processes; drafting and updating job descriptions; supporting organizational climate survey implementation; organizing internal events; and providing employee assistance.
