**Prerequisites**
Availability to work 100% in person in Campinas,
Completed undergraduate degree,
Prior experience in areas requiring customer interaction,
English – Advanced (writing and reading)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
Low-code tools (e.g., Lists, Power Apps, etc.)

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
Contribute to negotiation and interest reconciliation processes among involved departments, working collaboratively to effectively implement the organization’s strategic matters, ensuring alignment and minimizing conflicts.
Execute, under supervision, governance processes and procedures—including monitoring and tracking of strategic topics—ensuring proper activity control and necessary support for decision-making.
Occasionally assist in communication between the Executive Board and the Board of Directors, ensuring preparation and timely delivery of relevant reports and information to the Corporate Governance Director and the Chairman of the Board, guaranteeing clarity and timeliness of reporting.
Conduct interviews and meetings with business units under supervision to identify relevant information for reporting to the Board of Directors, advising on optimal language and format to ensure effective communication.
Perform periodic research on corporate governance practices adopted by benchmark companies, using public sources (e.g., CVM, Commercial Registries, websites) and engaging with Investor Relations and Governance teams, contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes.
Prepare, under guidance, performance indicator (KPI) reports, ensuring data quality and reliability to support management decisions.
Monitor key corporate and corporate governance topics, reporting clearly and concisely to the Coordinator of Board Affairs to ensure alignment and appropriate decision-support.
Receive and process requests from internal stakeholders, acting under supervision to assist them in understanding and complying with Board-related procedures.
