To grow, we need grit and focus on the goal. **Results:** We are obsessed with results and recognize our team based on delivery. **About the role:** We’re looking for a professional to help build, protect, and evolve Longitude’s reputation—ensuring brand consistency, strategic presence across channels, and integrated institutional communication. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Managing company reputation and image (Reclame Aqui, Glassdoor, press, and owned channels); * Structuring and evolving the brand (positioning, personas, verbal and visual territory); * Managing press relations and executive visibility; * Defining and managing institutional channels (LinkedIn, social media, website); * Planning communications for events, activations, and brand presence (including point-of-sale); * Establishing governance frameworks and protocols (e.g., crisis management, communication guidelines); * Close collaboration with internal departments (relationships, people & culture, marketing, executive leadership). **What you’ll need to thrive here at Longi:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in branding and reputation management at mid- to large-sized companies; * Hands-on experience in media relations and crisis management; * Experience in executive positioning; * Background in highly visible sectors (e.g., real estate, retail, services). **Location:** São Paulo. **And last but not least: what do we offer?** * **Health and well-being:** iFood card, nationwide health insurance plan, Wellhub, and life insurance. * **Maternity and Paternity:** 5-month maternity leave and 30-day paternity leave. * **Training and development:** An environment conducive to growth—we offer the Camel Academy platform, providing training and continuous improvement opportunities. * **Longi Club:** Exclusive discount club. * **Longilover Program:** Discount on purchasing your Longitude property. * **Day off:** Birthday leave.
