We are seeking an organized, analytical, and negotiation-skilled professional to work as an Import Analyst, focusing on operational oversight of import processes and supporting activities related to international freight coordination. Key Responsibilities * Monitor maritime, air, and road import processes; * Coordinate shipments and track operational deadlines; * Communicate with shipping lines, international agents, airlines, and freight carriers; * Request, analyze, and monitor international freight quotations; * Support freight negotiations with logistics partners; * Update freight rate tables and operational controls; * Monitor deadlines, cargo transit, and operational incidents; * Verify documentation related to import processes; * Update internal systems and operational controls; * Support commercial and operations teams with logistics information; * Resolve operational pending issues; * Ensure alignment among clients, operations, and suppliers. * **Requirements** * Experience in import/export or international trade; * Knowledge of international logistics and shipment coordination; * Experience with international freight processes; * Familiarity with import documentation; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Fluent English Education * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: International Trade; Logistics; Business Administration; International Relations; or related fields.
