




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Job responsibilities: Assist with Human Resources administrative activities. Support admission and termination processes (documentation, resume screening, interview scheduling, and clearance scheduling); Manage electronic timekeeping, medical certificates, overtime bank, and vacation records; Support the administration of employee benefits (transportation voucher, meal voucher, medical and dental care); Maintain updated employee document archives; Support the payroll process (data collection and verification); Provide support to the HR team in various tasks. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Skills, experience, and prerequisites: Bachelor's or Technical degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; experience in generalist human resources roles; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of ERP systems. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Benefits: Medical plan with co\-payment (monthly deduction of R$ 97.38), Dental plan (monthly deduction of R$ 25.00), Shuttle service to Nova Odessa, On\-site meals (lunch and breakfast, R$ 4.90 per day).
