#### **About the position:**

We are looking for a generalist HR professional with experience in HR activities, primarily including execution of recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes, training and development (T\&D), submission of information for payroll closing and electronic timekeeping, vacation and hour bank control, benefits request processing, and monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety processes (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory training, etc.).
#### **Main responsibilities:**
* Submit information for payroll closing and electronic timekeeping;
* Conduct recruitment processes, from job requisition through completion of the new employee’s probationary period;
* Control and monitor training programs;
* Manage vacation schedules, hour banks, various types of leave, and benefits packages;
* Ensure implementation and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site;
* Prepare monthly performance reports;
* Monitor HR metrics to ensure achievement of planned targets;
* Oversee HR department processes, ensuring required procedures and audit evidence are properly maintained.
#### **Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields;
* Familiarity with RM Labore (Totvs) system is desirable;
* Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
