If you are organized, committed, and wish to grow in the Human Resources field, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution of generalist Human Resources Department routines * Timekeeping closure and working hours bank control * Registration of new hires * Collection and verification of onboarding documents * Preparation of employment contracts * Medical certificate tracking * Signature collection (pay slips, termination documents, vacation documents, and onboarding documents) * Benefits spreadsheet management **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources or related fields * Organization, responsibility, and punctuality * Commitment and willingness to learn * Knowledge of or familiarity with the Apprenticeship Law will be considered a plus **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 550.00/month * Gympass * Telemedicine * SESC Campinas Payment: starting from R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
