**Position: High-Value Negotiation Specialist**
**Position Description:**
The High-Value Negotiation Specialist will be responsible for conducting strategic negotiations of large-scale bank debts, particularly within litigated portfolios involving substantial amounts (exceeding R$ 1.000.000,00). The role requires a consultative and analytical approach, seeking viable and effective credit recovery solutions while aligning the creditor’s interests with the debtor’s capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Negotiate high-value bank debts via telephone, WhatsApp, and e-mail;
* Conduct detailed client assessments to gather relevant information for defining the optimal negotiation strategy;
* Request negotiation floor limits from the responsible manager, submitting case summaries and records of prior discussions;
* Analyze information related to credit instruments, asset reports, and internal creditor requirements using available systems;
* Request procedural acceleration from the responsible attorney, proposing legally viable measures appropriate to the current stage of litigation, with a focus on facilitating negotiation;
* Participate in negotiation events via videoconference or in person, including on-site visits to clients throughout the operational state;
* Conduct asset searches and gather information from public sources and specialized websites;
* Strategically manage litigated portfolios with amounts exceeding R$ 200.000,00 (claim value).

* Basic knowledge of law as applied to key actions in this area (monitorial actions, collection actions, and enforcement actions).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with high-value clients;
* Ability to perform under pressure and conduct sensitive negotiations with professionalism and strategic acumen.
