If you seek challenges, enjoy applying your knowledge in practice, and want to work in a **dynamic and visionary team**, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities in this role:** * Provide first-level technical support to all customers * Perform incident analysis, diagnosis, and resolution via telephone * Create service tickets and deliver first response (via telephone or remote access) to users reporting issues in IT or Telecom services (telephony, radio, networks, and infrastructure) * Monitor the status and progress of resolution for all open incidents * Follow up until resolution to ensure all tickets are addressed within the contracted SLA * Keep users informed about the status and progress of incidents * Contribute to the Service Desk knowledge base **What we’re looking for:** * Completed High School education * Experience in first-level technical support (IT/Telecom) **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of microcomputers; * Basic knowledge of network communications, telephony, and infrastructure; * Completed Technical Course in technology or related fields.
