We are hiring a **Generalist HR Assistant/Analyst** to work at a **Hardware and Tools Distributor located at Estr. do Zilo in Araçariguama, SP.** **Permanent Position** **Salary:** BRL negotiable **Benefits:** Food Allowance BRL 400.00 + On-site Meal + Medical Insurance (optional) + Transportation Voucher or Shuttle Service **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 07:36 AM to 5:40 PM **REQUIREMENTS:** - Relevant prior experience in the role - Technical or Higher Education degree in the field **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Payroll, benefits management and coordination with accounting; Knowledge and application of labor legislation and eSocial; Admission processes (documentation, medical exams, registration and onboarding); Termination processes (notice period, exams, severance and homologation); Electronic timekeeping control, sick leave entries and monthly closing; Overtime bank management and annual vacation planning; Employee support and assistance to internal departments; Conducting recruitment and selection for operational and administrative positions; Monitoring Occupational Health and Safety (exams, PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT, PPP and training); CIPA organization, fire brigade and fire extinguisher recharging; LGPD compliance and support during labor inspections; Preparation of management reports; Supervision of cleaning services, cafeteria, reception, pest control and fumigation.
