Fleet Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Fleet Analyst to join our Transportation team and handle control, organization, and improvement of transportation and fleet management processes. **Key responsibilities:** * Maintain and keep up-to-date the complete fleet registry * Control and monitor fueling information * Monitor and organize telematics data * Structure and standardize fleet registration processes * Support implementation of an integrated fleet management tool linked to ATUA and SAP systems * Ensure information organization, traceability, and reliability * Support management in improving controls and KPIs for the area * Assist with driver work-hour tracking * Generate driver commission reports * Provide administrative support for fleet maintenance-related payments **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Process Management, or related fields * Experience in corporate fleet management * Knowledge of taxes related to fleets * Experience handling and managing traffic violations * Familiarity with vehicle maintenance routines * Organized, analytical profile with strong process control capability **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT); Meal Voucher (VR); Life Insurance; Nissei Pharmacy Benefit; Medical Insurance; Dental Plan; **Additional benefits:** Hot beverages and fruits at breakfast – complimentary.
