Job Summary: MercadoCar is seeking an agile, organized, and customer-service-oriented Cash Supervisor responsible for monitoring KPIs, managing the team, and performing cash operations. Job Description: Monitor KPIs and performance results; Manage work schedules; Support the cashier team; Provide customer service; Process credits for exchanges; Perform cash withdrawals and cash closing; Monitor work schedules and electronic timekeeping. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Cash Supervisor; * Completed High School education; * Ability to work efficiently under pressure; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Basic computer knowledge, especially in cash and treasury systems; * Full availability for shift work; * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Management is preferred.
