Multinational company with over 20 years of operation in Brazil, with an office in Vitória, is hiring a Financial Accounting Analyst! If you have experience in the finance field, accounting knowledge, and are seeking an opportunity at a solid, market-recognized company, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities:** * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow control; * Execute accounting entries and financial verification; * Support monthly accounting and financial closing; * Issue, verify, and manage invoices, bank slips, and payments; * Support tax-related routines and tax assessment; * Prepare financial, accounting, and managerial performance reports; * Interface with external accounting firms, audits, and other departments within the company; * Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and accounting regulations; * Support cost analysis, budgeting, and financial planning. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in the finance area; * Knowledge of accounting routines and basic tax concepts; * Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation; * Familiarity with invoice issuance and verification; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience with ERP systems; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Proactive attitude and focus on meeting deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing an MBA or postgraduate program in finance, accounting, or controllership; * Experience working in medium- or large-sized companies; * Knowledge of financial indicators and preparation of managerial reports. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance of R$ 30.00 per business day (average of R$ 660.00/month); * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Birthday Day Off. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with lunch break.
