Job Summary: Facilities Analyst to assist in supplier coordination, administrative support, and building maintenance, contributing to safe and well-maintained corporate environments. Assistance in procurement processes and compliance with safety regulations **Facilities Analyst \# 1147** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in the coordination and supervision of external suppliers (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, telecommunications, vehicle fleets, and other services), ensuring contracted services are delivered as specified. Support the scheduling of preventive and corrective building maintenance activities, and monitor on-site service execution. Provide administrative support, including: cost spreadsheet control, report preparation, invoice tracking, and service contract management. Assist in procurement processes related to building infrastructure, including material quotations and supply inventory control.
