Door-to-door external sales **External Sales Consultant (PAP) – Telecommunications** Work Region: São José dos Campos, Jacareí, Caçapava, and surrounding areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build customer relationships, present solutions that meet their needs, and increase your earnings through sales commissions. **Salary:** * Base salary: R$ 1\.935,44 * Sales commission **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday day off; * Health insurance (after 3 months); * Dental insurance (after 3 months); * TotalPass (after 3 months). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 * Saturday: 09:00–13:00 **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active prospecting in residential condominiums; * Approach residents door-to-door (PAP); * Present plans, products, and benefits of offered services; * Negotiate commercial terms and close sales; * Meet individual and team targets; * Record information and opportunities in the system; * Support commercial and promotional activities in serviced condominiums; * Accompany customers throughout the contracting process. **What We Seek:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in external or door-to-door (PAP) sales; * Strong communication skills; * Availability for external work; * Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus; * Driver’s license is considered a plus.
