Compensation: R$3\.000,00\+ Commissions \+ Meal Voucher (VR) of R$36.67 per working day \+ Fuel Allowance \+ Medical and Dental Assistance \+ Life Insurance. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Own vehicle and valid driver's license category B required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new customers and strategic partners. * Present solutions consultatively, highlighting benefits and differentiators. * Conduct in-person commercial meetings and training sessions with partners and corporate clients. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure. * Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Perform post-sales follow-up to strengthen relationships and encourage loyalty and new opportunities. * Strategically contribute to achieving and exceeding established sales targets. **Professional Experience:** * Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales and commercial prospecting. * Experience selling services is considered a plus. * Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer service tools. **Education:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. **Desired Qualifications:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work autonomously and achieve targets. * Proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions.
