Export Analyst

Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with strong analytical skills to work as an Export Analyst, ensuring operational excellence, agility, and alignment with customer and partner requirements throughout the export process. Key Responsibilities * Monitor maritime, air, and/or road export processes; * Perform export document verification; * Communicate with customers, international agents, and suppliers; * Coordinate shipments and monitor operational deadlines; * Update internal systems and controls; * Request and track bookings; * Monitor deadlines, shipments, and deliveries; * Issue and verify export-related documents; * Resolve operational pending issues; * Ensure alignment between internal departments and external partners; * Maintain clear and aligned communication with customers, providing support and operational follow-up. Requirements * Experience in export/foreign trade; * Knowledge of maritime and/or air export processes; * Familiarity with export documentation; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; * Knowledge of operational/logistics systems; * Fluent English.
