Job Summary:
Organize and verify clinical records, respond to requests from nursing and medical staff, and perform administrative support tasks to ensure departmental efficiency.

Organize and verify clinical unit records, as well as respond to requests from nursing and medical staff, understanding and prioritizing their needs and those of the work team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Verify patient record information to ensure organization and proper arrangement;
* Complete control forms to maintain accurate information;
* Provide office supplies and sector-specific printed materials;
* Maintain area files properly updated and organized by subject, chronologically or alphabetically, to facilitate document retrieval upon request;
* Answer telephone calls while on duty at the Unit, providing administrative clarifications and receiving visitors seeking the area;
* Keep the internal extension list and area responsibilities up to date to facilitate location when necessary;
* Perform other duties as required or at the supervisor's discretion.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic user-level computer skills.
**Additional Information**
Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, from 07:00 to 16:48, with a 1-hour break.

**The Hospital**
Inaugurated in 1991, the **Hospital das Clínicas Luzia de Pinho Melo** stands out for delivering medium- and high-complexity care.
A reference center in neurosurgery, vascular surgery, orthopedics, and oncology, the Hospital provides completely free care — **100% SUS-funded**.
On February 23, 1991, the Mogi das Cruzes Specialty Outpatient Clinic and Emergency Department was renamed the Hospital das Clínicas Luzia de Pinho Melo on August 27, 1991, in honor of the mother of former mayor Father Melo. Since 2004, the Hospital das Clínicas Luzia de Pinho Melo has been managed by the Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina (SPDM), under a management agreement with the São Paulo State Department of Health.
