**SCIH Management and Operationalization** **Hospital Infection Control Service** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN; * Specialization in Hospital Infection Control or Hospital Epidemiology recognized by MEC is desirable, as well as other related specializations. * Availability for travel **Skills:** * Proven experience with SCIH in hospitals or clinics; * Implementation and structuring of protocols; * Implementation and structuring of current norms and legislation (RDC 11/2019, Ordinance 2616/1998, ANVISA Manual); * Implementation and structuring of infection surveillance processes and notification, infection density indicators, rational use of antimicrobials, and waste management; * Implementation and structuring of hospital hygiene routines, Central Material Supply Department (CME), and biosafety; * Implementation and monitoring of performance indicators related to the area of expertise.
