




Job Summary: Controls access, monitors security, guides patients and visitors, maintains organization and cleanliness, ensures security procedures, and assists in emergencies. Key Highlights: 1. Control and registration of access for patients, companions, and visitors. 2. Security monitoring and patrols to ensure facility integrity. 3. Guidance and courteous service to patients and visitors. Control access for patients, companions, suppliers, and visitors, recording entries and exits. Monitor security cameras and conduct periodic patrols to ensure clinic facility integrity. Provide guidance and general information to patients and visitors regarding unit services, such as office locations and operating hours. Receive patients and companions, ensuring initial service with courtesy and professionalism. Verify documentation for individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the clinic, when necessary. Maintain organization and cleanliness of common building areas, including the entrance lobby and waiting areas. Ensure compliance with security procedures, including password control and proper closing of doors and gates. Assist the clinic team during emergencies, such as evacuations or contacting support services (fire department, ambulance, etc.). Assist in organizing internal events, when necessary. Record incidents and prepare incident reports, forwarding them to responsible personnel. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
