Desktop Support

Description

Infosys Brasil is seeking professionals with a **Desktop Support** profile to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripherals (such as printers, scanners, mobile phones/smartphones) related to desktop infrastructure; * Perform routine maintenance on installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals; * Identify, log, and resolve technical issues with software applications or network systems; * Identify potential system changes and improvements to present to technical teams for consideration and implementation. **Requirements:** * Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems, and deployment, configuration, and management of Windows applications; * Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Win 7, 8, 10, 11\); * Solid knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc); * Solid knowledge of Active Directory and its services, DHCP, DNS; * Experience with print services and file sharing; * Experience with hardware repair; * Experience with patch management; * Intermediate English. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, Flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, Childcare Assistance, Funeral Assistance, Assistance for Children with Disabilities, Medical and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with clients and/or national and international projects.
