Location: Mogi das Cruzes **Shift: 3:50 PM to 10:08 PM or 3:00 PM to 9:20 PM** Employment Type: CLT – Permanent Salary: R$ 1621.00 \+ benefits Start Date: 03/20/2026 ✅ Requirements Completed high school Minimum age: 18 years old No experience required Availability for afternoon shift Responsibilities Customer service Information entry into system Support and clarification of doubts PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE: Serve customers by clarifying doubts and providing information about products and services, in accordance with company-established procedures; Persuade and negotiate with end customers, following established service standards and scripts; Perform technical procedures as requested via e\-mail and/or phone; Record interactions in the system, describing actions taken, ensuring correct classification, tabulation, and definition of priority level, criticality, and severity of requests. Monitor and track internal departments’ compliance with deadlines and actions related to customer requests; Ensure security and confidentiality of operational system access passwords; Comply with company administrative rules and procedures; Maintain confidentiality regarding information and matters related to performed activities; Focus on achieving and exceeding established goals while adhering to defined quality standards.
