Development of relationships with local partners **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Prospect new individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) cooperative members through external, consultative outreach; * Perform account and financial product opening, activation, and initial follow-up; * Market financial products and solutions; * Develop relationships with companies, retailers, rural producers, accountants, and local partners; * Identify opportunities for market expansion and development; * Support cooperative commercial initiatives and strategic campaigns; * Ensure high-quality account activation and transaction activity; * Collaborate with regional branches to strengthen the cooperative member base; * Maintain an active external routine involving commercial visits and continuous prospecting. **Requirements:** Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree.
