Do you have solid HR experience and are seeking a new challenge with strategic impact? Carajás Fortaleza is hiring a **Senior People & Management Consultant**, with broad responsibility across all People & Management subsystems!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
**Strategic Recruitment \& Selection** – end-to-end management of selection processes for strategic positions, from aligning candidate profiles with managers to finalizing hires;
**Onboarding of new employees** – designing and overseeing onboarding to ensure adaptation, engagement, and connection with Carajás culture from day one;
**Training and Development** – identifying training needs, proposing capacity-building solutions, and facilitating behavioral and technical development initiatives;
**Performance Evaluation** – managing the evaluation cycle, supporting leaders in interpreting results and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
**Climate and Engagement Management** – proposing and implementing actions to improve organizational climate, recognition programs, and active listening initiatives for employees;
**Benefits Management** – monitoring and reviewing benefits programs to ensure alignment with company policies, legislation, and team well-being;
**Document Management and Compliance** – ensuring compliance of People & Management records and processes with legal requirements, audits, and internal guidelines;
**KPIs and Continuous Improvement** – tracking strategic departmental KPIs and proposing improvements that enhance efficiency and deliver tangible business impact;
**Policies, Processes, and Strategic Projects** – contributing to the design and implementation of institutional HR policies and actively participating in structural organizational development projects.
**Requirements for the Role:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (a postgraduate degree is a plus);
* Solid experience in core HR subsystems, especially R\&S, T\&D, performance evaluation, climate, and benefits;
* Proficiency with metrics, management reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
* Analytical, proactive profile with strong listening skills and a people- and results-oriented mindset.
