Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional to provide personalized, patient-centered service in a premium weight-loss clinic, with emphasis on excellence and empathy. Our work centers on personalized patient-centered service, excellence, and empathy. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet our clients; * Directly interact with clients to clarify questions regarding the patient journey; * Request documentation for invoicing and financial procedures; * Respond to client messages and requests via WhatsApp; * Provide support to physicians and nutritionists; * Organize medical records; * Coordinate with our nursing team regarding exam requests; * Attach documents to the system and update Excel spreadsheets. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience (consultative or personalized service experience with an A+ clientele is a plus); * Proactive, communicative, and patient-oriented profile; * Must be highly organized, with strong professionalism and presentation skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * **Preferred:** Experience in premium environments (e.g., restaurants, hotels, clinics, office buildings, etc); **WE OFFER** * Salary: **R$2.500,00 + variable quarterly bonuses.** * Commuter Pass (VT) — no employee deduction * Meal Voucher (VR) * Food Allowance (VA) * Health and Dental Insurance * Birthday Day-Off * Totalpass * Fresh fruits available for consumption * Kitchen/pantry facilities for preparing meals **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Days Off:** Two days off per week: one weekday (Monday–Friday) and one fixed Sunday.
