Job Mission: Strategically manage procurement to ensure appropriate store replenishment, efficient negotiation, and cost optimization—directly contributing to the company’s profitability, inventory turnover, and service level. Plan, analyze, and execute product purchases considering demand, turnover, inventory coverage, and seasonality. Responsibilities: * Monitor cycle calendars and supporting materials, ensuring timely placement of orders for regular items, sales support items, and new launches; * Place orders in the system and monitor order fulfillment and delivery within established timelines and protocols; * Analyze and place orders for new launch and promotional items across the O Boticário, Eudora, Au.Migos, OUI, and Quem Disse Berenice? brands under leadership supervision and direction; * Analyze category performance per point-of-sale (PDV), tracking SKU sales turnover and campaign results to support purchase planning; * Analyze sales performance and inventory coverage, proposing action plans to leadership for execution with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, finance, results); * Evaluate cycle mix strategies proposed by the franchisor, aligning them with franchise needs and realities to optimize operational replenishment; * Interface with commercial teams to review and adjust order volumes and strategies; * Monitor order fulfillment, invoicing, and order tracking; * Analyze and report key PDV performance indicators (e.g., stockouts, inventory coverage, sell-in targets, order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover rate) and other excellence indicators (IAF) to leadership; * Identify opportunities for inter-channel/PDV stock transfers, supporting leadership in operational coordination with internal teams; * Adhere to the allocated procurement budget by using resources appropriately during purchasing activities; * Report order-related financial allocations to leadership, flagging variances and ensuring cash flow health and balance; * Support leadership in developing internal materials; * Proactively propose continuous operational improvements to optimize activities performed within the area. Education * Degree in Business Administration or related fields. Experience * Minimum of 4 years in procurement * Solid experience in retail procurement, preferably within multi-store chains or franchises. **Technical Competencies** * Strong expertise in negotiation, inventory management, and demand planning. * Experience with ERP and procurement systems. * Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability for data handling.
