Maintenance and organization of files and documents Organize and verify clinical unit medical records, as well as respond to requests from nursing and medical staff, understanding and prioritizing their needs and those of the work team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify medical record information to ensure proper organization and ordering; * Complete control forms to maintain accurate information; * Provide office supplies and departmental printed materials; * Maintain the department’s file archive, duly updated and organized by subject, chronologically or alphabetically, to facilitate document retrieval upon request; * Answer telephone calls while on duty at the Unit, providing administrative clarifications and receiving visitors seeking the department; * Maintain an updated list of internal extensions and area responsibilities to facilitate location when necessary; * Perform other duties as required or at the discretion of supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic user-level computer skills. **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively under Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. This is a low-complexity emergency care facility owned by the Municipal Government of São Paulo, designed to serve spontaneous demand, featuring 54 observation beds across General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, and Pediatrics, managed by **SPDM** – Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina, under a strong partnership with the Municipal Government, aligned with the guiding principles of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS), ensuring comprehensive, high-quality hospital care.
