We are looking for a Senior Attorney to provide legal advisory services on insurance matters to Santander Group’s business areas, with focus on products, services, commercial partnerships, and initiatives in the insurance market. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in legal consulting within the insurance market; * Experience providing legal advisory services to insurers, insurance brokers, or financial institutions; * Knowledge of insurance market regulation, especially SUSEP and CNSP; * Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal support for insurance products and operations; * Analytical, collaborative profile with strong communication skills across business areas. Your role here will include: * Supporting the creation, review, and implementation of insurance products and services, ensuring legal security and regulatory compliance; * Providing consultative support regarding insurance, brokerage, product distribution, sales channels, and digital customer journeys; * Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, commercial materials, announcements, and documents related to Santander Broker’s operations; * Advising on new product projects, changes to terms and conditions, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements; * Collaborating with business areas, compliance, risk, internal controls, product, and operations teams; * Participating in meetings, forums, and working groups with industry associations and regulatory bodies; * Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the institution; * Validating communications directed to customers, partners, and distribution channels; * Leading contractual negotiations and discussions with internal clients and external partners; * Supporting internal areas on legal matters related to insurance products and customer experience.
