We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to strategically support talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring excellence in recruitment processes and company training programs. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main challenges of the role:** * Lead and develop the Benefits team, ensuring agile and high-quality service to employees; Analyze benefits continuously, identifying opportunities for improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction—with focus on claims management; * Conduct negotiations, contract renewals, and contractual analyses with providers and operators; * Coordinate the implementation, replacement, or enhancement of benefits, ensuring adherence to timelines, communication plans, and legal compliance; * Ensure accurate management of benefits (health, dental, transportation allowance, meal voucher, food allowance, childcare allowance, fuel allowance, among others), including enrollment changes, payroll processing, and accounting reconciliations; * Develop and analyze cost indicators and reports, supporting leadership in defining action plans; * Support local HR teams by proposing solutions aligned with employee needs; * Evaluate employee satisfaction and introduce new insights and innovative practices in benefits. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Profile we seek:** * Solid experience in benefits management and claims management; * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and results orientation; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, and conventions; * Proactivity, organization, and excellent communication skills.
