Job Summary: Baker responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting bakery products, maintaining hygiene, controlling the production process, and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service with product information and assistance in item selection IMMEDIATE HIRING POSITION Job Description: Position: Baker Employment Type: CLT - Permanent Location: Vila Nova Bonsucesso - Guarulhos Schedule: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM, rotating 6x1 shift with alternating days off Salary: R$2.600,00 (1:00 PM to 9:20 PM) + R$300.00 hazard pay. Optional health insurance plan (deducted from payroll). The company currently operates a banked hours agreement. Holidays are paid at 100% and do not count toward banked hours. The company pays R$38.00 for each Sunday or holiday worked, included in the payroll. Responsibilities: * Preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery products * Dough preparation, fermentation, ingredient measurement, mixing, cutting, and baking * Operating and adjusting ovens * Monitoring and controlling baking process and product quality * Keeping the work area clean and hygienic * Controlling and documenting the production process * Complying with occupational health and safety regulations * Customer service, providing product information, assisting with item selection * Packaging items and delivering them Desired Qualifications: * Completed high school education * Strong verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience in bakery operations Join this successful team!
