Join a team that values diversity and equality. **About the position:** **We are seeking a GRC and Internal Audit Assistant** to join our team. The GRC and Internal Audit Assistant at MCS Markup is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes—including technology environments. This role ensures operations are conducted efficiently, with appropriate controls and in compliance with regulations and industry best practices in IT governance and controls. The role also contributes to identifying improvement opportunities, strengthening the control environment, and promoting greater operational efficiency through the use of technological tools. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you for this position:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; * Experience in internal audit and risk management; * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in GRC and/or Internal Audit (prior consulting experience is desirable but not mandatory). **Key responsibilities:** * **GRC and IT Audit:** act as a facilitator between business and technology; execute control testing (design and operating effectiveness); support audit activities; * **Risks, Controls, and Processes:** map processes; identify risks and assess controls, with focus on technology environments (ITGC and cybersecurity); * **Internal Controls:** support structuring, implementing, and continuously improving controls—especially those related to IT; * **Data Analysis and Insights:** process and analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, exceptions, and risks; develop dashboards to support decision-making; * **Documentation and Reporting:** prepare working papers and evidence; support report and presentation development; * **Management and Methodologies:** organize activities, manage deadlines, and apply frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ISO, SOX, and ITIL. **What we offer:** CLT employment contract; Medical and dental insurance; Life insurance; Meal/voucher allowance (VR/VA); Transportation voucher; Wellhub (Gympass); Partnerships with educational institutions and language schools; Emotional health management platform; Birthday day off; Birthday gift voucher; Corporate University; Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Hiring process stages:** Application: Begin your journey with us by registering your profile.
