**JOB MISSION** Receive, verify, and dispatch equipment to ensure safe and accurate distribution and shipment of equipment rented from or returned by our clients. **JOB SUMMARY** Conduct incoming and outgoing equipment verification. Perform item counting, comparing items against the Invoice or purchase/sales order, and inspect for any damage. Report specification or quantity discrepancies to the supervisor. Physically compare products to be shipped against those listed on the Invoice or order. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Verify equipment loading and returns. Serve internal and external clients (returns and rentals). Record returns in the system. Supervise external maintenance activities. Create internal and external OMS (Order Management System) requests. Issue billing for OMS and indemnifications. File return and rental invoices. Handle fuel requisition, vehicle control, and scheduling for oil and filter changes. Lead the team in equipment receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution operations. Conduct inventory audits. Weekly verification of recovered equipment production, completion of produced parts reports, and quality inspection of parts.
