




We are looking for a **Generalist HR Assistant** to support the administrative and operational activities of the Human Resources and Payroll Department. This person will be essential in maintaining process organization, providing support to analysts, and ensuring excellent service to employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving, sorting, and dispatching documents and correspondence with confidentiality and organization; * Scheduling meetings, interviews, and occupational medical exams (admission, periodic, and termination); * Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, including confidential documents; * Delivering timecard copies and pay slips to managers for employee signatures; * Supporting the hiring and offboarding processes of employees; * Guiding employees on labor-related questions and internal policies; * Assisting in recruitment and selection, updating spreadsheets and helping contact candidates; * Supporting internal campaigns, corporate events, and other endomarketing initiatives; * Assisting in Payroll Department routines and providing direct support to HR Analysts. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably pursuing a Technical Administration degree); * 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or HR routines; * Basic knowledge of Payroll Department procedures and labor laws; * Proficiency in Excel; * Organized profile, good communication skills, and strong interpersonal relationships.
