**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT Provide operational support for financing processes for the company's integrators, ensuring agility, documentary compliance, and smooth approval workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review documentation for financing processes; * Contact integrators and clients to validate information; * Submit and monitor proposals on partner banks' platforms; * Ensure documentary and regulatory compliance; * Update internal controls, spreadsheets, and dashboards; * Support digital signature collection and contract formalization; * Assist in re-evaluations and resolution of inconsistencies; * Serve as liaison with financial institutions and internal departments; * Guide integrators on financing requirements; * Ensure document organization and traceability. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Excel; * Aptitude for process control and tracking; * Preferred: currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Internal benefits, Parking, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
