Responsibilities: Support for Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Logistics departments. Absenteeism and overtime reporting and tracking. May issue Purchase Orders; conduct supplier research; negotiate with suppliers; prepare material quotations; procure services; perform purchasing activities; dispatch mail via postal service; generate procurement reports; allocate invoices; record invoice payments in the system; manage inventory; track supplier letters; develop communication materials.
