Main responsibilities: * Schedule therapies and consultations; * Organize unit schedules; * Confirm appointments; * Reschedule and accommodate patients; * Update systems and spreadsheets; * Maintain contact with patients, guardians, and internal departments; * Support the unit's operational workflow; Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferred); * Experience in customer service, reception, or scheduling; * Proficiency in Excel and schedule organization; * Strong communication skills and sense of priority.
