AI Architect (PL)

Description

**We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and duties:** Position objective: Define, evolve, and govern Artificial Intelligence (AI and GenAI) architectures, responsible for creating standards, architectural references (blueprints), frameworks, and technical guidelines that ensure scalability, security, standardization, and business value generation. This role is critical to structuring the AI domain, ensuring consistency across solutions, and accelerating sustainable AI adoption across the organization. Responsibilities Define and evolve reference architectures for AI and GenAI Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical standards, and implementation guides Establish best practices for: AI development, integration, deployment, and operations Use of LLMs, ML, and data pipelines Define standards for: RAG, embeddings, intelligent agents, and vector stores Orchestration of agents and AI pipelines Define and document RAG architectures based on sources such as Confluence and internal policies Create prompt engineering guidelines and reference architectures Define ontologies, taxonomies, embeddings, and domain-aligned features Design embedding pipelines using certified vector databases Define strategies for: Data ingestion, vector indexing, and versioning Model usage (open-source vs. APIs) Fallback mechanisms and AI usage limits Assess when to apply: LLMs vs. traditional ML vs. heuristics Define frameworks for: Prompt and model (LLMs) evaluation Technical metrics (accuracy, recall) and business metrics (ROI, SLA) Ensure governance: Privacy, LGPD, compliance, and guardrails Map and guide data usage: Structured and unstructured data Sources for AI agents and models Support squads in building solutions Conduct AI ideation and discovery workshops Influence architectural decisions Integrate AI with corporate systems (ERPs, CRMs, legacy systems, digital channels) Identify opportunities and build capability roadmaps (e.g., copilots, intelligent automation) Track trends (LLMs, agents, multimodal) **Requirements and qualifications:** **Architecture and Software Engineering** Corporate solution architecture APIs, microservices, and distributed integration Messaging and event-driven architectures Cloud Computing (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Git, CI/CD, and version control DDD (Domain-Driven Design) **Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning** Advanced Python Machine Learning (model training, evaluation, and deployment) TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn MLOps, automated pipelines, and model monitoring **Data and Platforms** Relational databases, NoSQL, and Vector Databases SQL, BI, and data analysis ETL/ELT and data pipelines Feature Stores, Vector Stores, and vector indexing **Generative AI** LLMs and foundational model APIs RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Search Prompt Engineering Google ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools Intelligent Agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) GenAI application evaluation and observability **Governance and Security** LGPD and data privacy Responsible AI and AI Governance Guardrails, bias mitigation, data leakage, and prompt injection **Desirable:** Experience creating standards or Centers of Excellence (CoE) Cloud certifications Lakehouse/Data Lake knowledge Docker and containerization Experience in AI evaluation and prototyping **Additional information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance** with no copayment for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
