* Perform various administrative tasks, preparing charts, maps, and reports;
* Conduct various controls and records;
* Draft internal communications regarding routine matters;
* Provide information to various departments;
* File and dispatch correspondence and perform typing services according to established processes and routines, meeting the administrative needs of departments.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Prepare the Report on Generated Vacancies for validation by the Board of Directors within the deadline set by CROSS;
* Prepare the Report on Filled Vacancies for validation by the Board of Directors, in coordination with the Billing and SAME departments;
* Prepare the Report on Filled Vacancies and Absenteeism by Municipality;
* Complete cost reports;
* Complete and analyze the RMA (Root Cause Analysis) for exam/consultation absenteeism and monthly backlog demand;
* Conduct verification of schedule changes (double-checking) before month-end closing;
* Review schedules weekly and notify responsible parties via SMS to fill idle vacancies;
* Monitor scheduling activities, ensuring service quality and providing support when necessary;
* Monitor daily scheduling activities, providing support when necessary to minimize possible process failures;
* Guide teams whenever required;
* Resolve non-conformities and incidents directed to the Scheduling Department, developing action plans with team guidance to prevent recurrence;
* Manage requests and receipt of consumable materials, preparing the request form and tracking deliveries;
* Draft letters, memoranda, official correspondence, and other texts required to fulfill departmental duties, including typing and printing;
* Prepare minutes, charts, demonstrative maps, reports, and payroll sheets using calculators and/or computers, observing applicable legal requirements;
* Organize and maintain departmental document files and card indexes, performing classification, labeling, and storage;
* Review, dispatch, and/or instruct processes related to the work unit, arranging for their forwarding;
* Monitor the progress of official correspondence or processes relevant to the work unit, maintaining internal and external contacts, clarifying doubts, and taking appropriate actions to meet service needs.
* Perform other duties as required and directed by the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Secretarial Studies and/or Administration;
* Prior experience in the field is desirable;
* Computer literacy — user level.

**AME Mogi**
The AME Mogi das Cruzes — Mogi das Cruzes Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic — was established due to the need to expand medium-complexity health services under Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS) in the Alto Tietê region, pursuant to São Paulo State Government Decree No. 56.979 dated May 9, 2011.
It was inaugurated on March 30, 2012, managed by OSS-SPDM — Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine — under the Management Contract signed on September 30, 2011 with the São Paulo State Department of Health.
**Outpatient Clinic**
The Mogi das Cruzes Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic serves as a regional reference for the Alto Tietê region, which has a population of 2.5 million people, 70% (1.7 million) of whom rely on SUS. The region comprises 11 municipalities: Arujá, Biritiba Mirim, Ferraz de Vasconcelos, Guararema, Guarulhos, Itaquaquecetuba, Mogi das Cruzes, Poá, Salesópolis, Santa Isabel, and Suzano.
With a built area of 2,550 m² across two floors, it includes medical consultation rooms, a minor procedures room, a recovery room, dressing rooms, and examination rooms.
Since its inauguration, the MEDICAL SPECIALTY OUTPATIENT CLINIC – AME MOGI DAS CRUZES has pursued excellence in public health services, acting with commitment to social responsibility, transparency, and efficiency in outpatient management.
Services are delivered by a qualified multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing optimal patient care with humanized service delivery.
Outpatient services cater to internal demand and patients referred from Basic Health Units. Spontaneous or emergency demand is not accepted.
