Previous experience in hospital, clinic, or public-facing reception; Ability to manage **appointment scheduling and medical calendar organization**, ensuring control, confirmation, and rescheduling when necessary; Proficiency in in-person, telephone, and **WhatsApp** communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills; Organized, responsible, proactive profile with focus on patient experience; Emotional balance, empathy, courtesy, and professional demeanor when handling patient tension and vulnerability; Knowledge of hospital management systems is a plus. Interaction across departments: Maintain efficient communication with reception and medical staff to streamline workflow. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school (technical or undergraduate studies in Health or Administration currently underway are desirable); Basic computer literacy; Organization, attention to detail, and professional confidentiality. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Availability for daytime shifts. Prior experience in healthcare settings is a plus.
