Working in the funeral industry with a focus on customer satisfaction Job Details **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Professional Area:** Commercial Administration/Sales **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 (Weekend and holiday availability required). **Salary:** R$ 1\.666,10 **Work Modality:** On-site Responsibilities and Duties **Role Mission:** Responsible for conducting external sales, fulfilling the visit schedule, and ensuring achievement of targets and results set by the Coordination. **Specific Responsibilities:** Responsible for performing external sales-related activities, fulfilling pre-scheduled client visits, presenting company benefits, negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Prospect new clients, close sales contracts, analyze competitors and target audience data, and organize the schedule. Responsible for registering clients in the CRM system and opening new client opportunities. Submit feedback on assigned visits within the system, including positioning and follow-up on scheduled appointments. Perform any other tasks inherently falling within the scope of this role, as requested and guided by the Coordinator.
