**[Tech] Junior DevSecOps Specialist** ========================================= TOTVS | Ribeirão Preto - SP | Hybrid Job Description At TOTVS, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the platform’s DevSecOps architecture and distributed environments, ensuring service availability, scalability, security, and observability. You will manage Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes/K3S environments; maintain CI/CD pipelines; perform automation; monitor using Prometheus and Grafana; and provide technical support to squads on cloud-native and microservices solutions. Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain, evolve, and modernize the DevSecOps architecture and distributed platform environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, observability, and reliability of services and integrations. * Work in containerized environments using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes/K3S, supporting the development and operation of cloud-native platforms focused on microservices and mission-critical distributed solutions. * Administer and troubleshoot Linux environments, implement and * maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage distributed environments, and provide technical support to development squads adopting DevOps best practices and observability principles. * Design monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana, creating dashboards, metrics, proactive alerts, and troubleshooting mechanisms for high-volume, highly available environments. * Analyze performance, fault tolerance, horizontal scalability, inter-microservice communication, service discovery, load balancing, and troubleshoot distributed applications—directly contributing to platform stability and evolution. Requirements and Qualifications * Operating systems (Windows, Linux); * Proficiency in databases and data structures; * Agile methodology; * Docker and containers – advanced level; * Container orchestration (Kubernetes/K3S) – intermediate/advanced level; * Linux environment administration and troubleshooting – advanced level; * Monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana – advanced level; * Implementation of metrics, dashboards, and proactive alerts – advanced level; * Knowledge of distributed systems architecture – advanced level; * Knowledge of high availability, horizontal scalability, and fault tolerance – advanced level; * Troubleshooting distributed environments and microservices – advanced level. * Completed undergraduate degree in exact sciences or related fields. Desired Qualifications * K3S for lightweight and edge computing environments * Experience with CI/CD pipelines targeting containerized environments * Knowledge of networking, service discovery, load balancing, and inter-container communication * Experience with observability, centralized logging, and distributed tracing * Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and environment automation * Experience with cloud-native environments * Experience with microservices-based architecture * Kubernetes, Docker, or Linux certifications * Experience with observability and SRE * Prior experience in high-volume and mission-critical environments * + Knowledge of messaging platforms and distributed integration.
