The Results Manager will be a key player on this journey, taking on a strategic role with full focus on delivering results. This person will be responsible for managing the Fast Tennis Saul Macedo unit, driving operational and commercial performance, and leading initiatives to ensure the unit’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the Fast Tennis Saul Macedo unit, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to established excellence standards. * Collaborate with senior management to define clear objectives aligned with the unit’s growth strategy. * Develop and execute strategic action plans to achieve goals, with clearly defined timelines, milestones, and responsibilities. * Lead, engage, and develop the local team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. * Monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvements. * Focus on customer retention and churn reduction by implementing loyalty-building actions and enhancing customer satisfaction. * Make data-driven strategic decisions, adjusting plans as needed. * Ensure standardization of Fast Tennis processes and methodologies across the unit. * Act as a problem solver, removing obstacles that hinder goal achievement. * Promote and strengthen a results-oriented internal culture focused on unit growth. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience managing teams. * Demonstrated track record of delivering results. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, providing feedback, guidance, and motivation. * Proficiency in data analysis and indicator-based decision-making. * Clear, concise, and inspiring communication skills. * Adaptability to change and ability to implement new processes. * Availability to work on-site at the Saul Macedo unit (Belvedere neighborhood). **Work Location:** * **On-site – Fast Tennis Saul Macedo \- Belvedere – Belo Horizonte** If you thrive on challenges, think strategically, and want to lead teams toward outstanding results, join Fast Tennis Saul Macedo and help build the world’s largest tennis academy network!
