Support the continuous development of associates Description: Education * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Retail Management, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Sustainability, or related areas will be considered an advantage. Experience * Prior experience in coordination, consulting, store management, or store operations roles, preferably in retail or supermarket sectors. * Experience in KPI analysis, process improvement, store layout, loss management, and profitability. * Preferred: Experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability projects. * Coordinate store operations activities, ensuring dissemination of concepts, methodologies, and best practices among associates. * Develop and monitor strategic, tactical, and operational planning for the area, leading project management and routine activities according to APAS methodology. * Manage strategic and operational efficiency KPIs, ensuring performance analysis, loss management, and proposal of improvements. * Serve as the liaison between APAS, associates, and supermarket sector suppliers, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities for development and partnerships. * Conduct technical consultations and visits to associates, supporting operational management, store layout, pricing, POPs, product display, and other topics related to store operations. * Support the development and validation of technical content and training materials focused on store operations, promoting the continuous development of associates. * Coordinate open meetings, technical caravans, and committees, ensuring knowledge exchange and alignment with sector needs. * Manage the area’s budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization and achievement of budgetary targets. * Stay updated on trends, innovations, and best practices in the supermarket sector, applying this knowledge to area initiatives. * Collaborate with other APAS departments, providing technical support and information on store operations topics. * Coordinate and implement APAS social responsibility projects and programs, ensuring alignment with institutional values and the Sustainable Development Goals. 2511170202461814460
